You buy with Paypal in Euros and Paypal will do it in USD

You can use this converter to check the prices (http://www.xe.com/) but Paypal also has its own one and it automatically send the amount of USD needed to equal the EU amount.

Yep, you can pay with your currency on PayPal, after you click on purchase, you'll see the exchange course and all that stuff, so there shouldnt be a problem concerning the purchase.
