I have an paypal account and want buy a hack but i dont know what meaning is with billing adresse ( i havnt buy anything at internet, i buy only with money in hand ;P) so sry for that nooblike question ..

you have to enter you're REAL details where you live,you're name,etc..

Billing address is the address that you have on your paypal account. The place where you live.

Just type in your real data: name, street, city...

But billing adress is called in german Zahlungsadresse ( adress to pay)

Ja, aber du kannst das nicht einfach so ins Deutsche übersetzten.
Die "billing adress" ist die Adresse, an die die Zahlung geht, also da, wo du wohnst.
Das Geld an sich ist ja auf deinem Paypal-Account.

Sorry for foreign language, but I think he doesn't speak english well.
