Panic key feature ?

Hi, im about to buy the L4D hack but i need to know if the hack includes a "panic key" feature.
What is a panic key ? When you press a key, the visuals are turned off. When you press it again, it turns it on.
I mean, i need to turn it on/turn it off with the same key. Is this possible?. Also can i configure the key?.

By default it's home, when u play with the cheat and want to turn it off for a period of time just press home(other keys can be binded)-panic key and when u feel like u wana turn the cheat on just press the same key, easy.
