I wonder why has my payment been rejected, by some anti fraud system?

What information was not valid sir. It is all same as on my PayPal if I am right. Can you clarify further please?

As you can see below my payment has been rejected. I would like to buy your software and I assure you that the payment is not fraudulent and I am using my own PayPal. As you can see PayPal is verified US and I reside in Croatia, therefore my IP might cause a problem with your anti fraud system. Is there a way you can resolve this please.
