If gaypal doesnt support your country, i wonder if buying a virtual credit card & linking it to the paypal accoutn would do the job.. just a though

trying to pay with a creditcard over paypal is no longer supported on this site (payment will get rejected)

honestly, your best bet is to find somebody with a paypal or clickandbuy account who's willing to pay for you.

otherwise you might have to wait for the decision of the paysafecard team if x22cheats is a valid business they'd like to offer their services to (although i dont know if procuring a psc is easier in egypt than getting a paypal acc)

Just do a bank transfer to paypal... it'll take 3 days until it's on, but it's the best you can do... i do it all the time, because i just don't trust credit cards being linked to something online :D
