Subj. If i buy xpackage. 1) Can i play from russia? (i use exchanger agency for paypal payment)

2) Are HW resets free for xpackage or not?

not 100 % correct. You only have to pay for a hardware id reset, when the system cant identify you as the real owner of your x22 acc.. this method is against sharing the hacks with friends or other persons.

It wont be problem if payments for resets and sub will be from different exchangers?

Its everytime 7 euro via paypal. You have to pay e.g. if you bought a new computer or changed mainly parts of it.
