Some questions the hack !

I have few questions about the CSS Radarhack...

1. Is the 35$ onetime payment ? no extra charges ?

2. When HWID Change happens ? Will it happen even if we change SUPER DRIVE, LCD etc etc ?
What parts cuz HWID To change ?...

3. Formatting or repartitioning the whole HARDDISK will cuz HWID Change ?
Or Will upgrading from XP to Vista or 7 will change HWID ?

4. Does this hack works on NON-STEAM CSS ? Cuz all our servers are Nonsteam and we use X-RAY as anti-cheat...

2. What do you mean by SUPER DRIVE? CD/DVD?
Well, if you change your CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD, OS, etc it will change your HWID.

Reinstalling does not change your HWID I think.
But why should you reinstall it every week?
Btw; if you think we or x22 are noobs and the hack is useless then go and code your own.

Reinstalling changes the HWID indeed, but this HWID change will in 95 out of 100 cases be for free, because the HWID system can reidentify you and that's why it will be for free.

Just VAC2 + XRAY Shots And working on nonsteam...
