If you buy the COD package, you get cheats for all listed COD games AND any future COD games.

You can only buy the packages/games listed on the "Buy Now" page. You can't make custom game packages for discounts.

And yes, you get the option to load xRadar or xInstantHook for all games under the COD package.

xRadar only has basic features such as ESP/Bounding Box/2D Radar, etc. (Wallhacks basically.)
xInstantHook comes with everything xRadar has plus an aimbot and any other special features that may be game exclusive to that particular cheat.
