Click and Buy problem

So I register, put in my credit card info, then go to purchase the hack. They say I can't use the credit card on their because that credit card is already registered on the account I just made... Which made no sense at all. So then I decided that I could wait a few days and did a transfer from my bank, then buy the hack. Well its been 5 days and they haven't transfered the money... This is getting ridiculous. They said it would be a "few days", now its been 5.

Any help? How can I purchase the hack directly from the credit card, instead of transferring over?

As LolRiTTeR said, contact them and ask them why they locked your account, there must be a reason ( exept if they act like payfag ) :)
