This Forum is only about x22 Hacks and this only for PC not on any Console.

Try your luck on other forums, here you will get no help with ' x360 Prestige Lobbys ect.'

There are people in Xlive who offer such lobbies, however for 800-1200 MS Points.

An unlocker is a program which lets you change your level and stats. But I think they are just available for computers.
