CoD 4 problem.

Hi all !

Well I have a problem with my cracked CoD 4. It works fine for some time but now when i join server i play some minutes and my game starting something like lagging like I can move and game stuck etc and it happen everytime on all servers.

If someone know why it happening please answer.

*WARNING*: This server IP Adress is PB banned.

The server that your playing on is cracked but at the same time is also running PB, earlier on in the year Punkbuster decided to "ban" cracked servers so whenever it detects the server using a bad EXE (IE so server is cracked) it spams that message and gives the server horrible lag.

That's the whole idea and thats how it'll be unless PB is off.

What I have to do than ? other people play normally am I doing something wrong ?

Sorry I'm not really good at this things.

It also happening on servers with sv_punkbuster 0

Hmm strange,i play on cracked server and it runs pb and has never been banned like -SiLenT- wrote. So in my opinion this is not the problem but if you have the same problem on non pb server then i think it is not the pb problem,you should try to update pb manualy and then try to play,if this don't solve your problem wait for answer from someone that is a little better in this ;)

I updated my PB, it doesn't help.

I had this same issue. I never figured out the issue. I updated my PB, never worked. So in the end, i just got a legit key, and played online. ;)

Yeah it is, because i searched on google for ever, and still no solution.

Would be better to get a key anyway, then you know you wont have any issues. 8)

well yes that could be the problem,if pb update does not work,try to reinstall the game and install all patches and if that does not work buy legit cd key,you can buy it here from Znighty and it is very cheap and 100% legit because i bought it and work fine ;)

Basically i did everything you just said their, i tried every solution, i looked on google for hours, and still nothing worked. I mean some cracked servers worked fine, and others just didn't like me i guess.
