Does it renew each month automatically?

no its not automatically.
you have to do it every month yourself.
you will get a reminder when you sub is running out and you decide if you want it again or not.

There is no need of an admin confirmation, you pay for the time period you've chosen, not more, not less.

You would have seen a red star * on the subscription you were buying if we had automatic renewals. We don't, so that start isn't present.
