i have see, animated Playername in a Lobby.

How can i my name animated ?
Is this VAC Secure ?

You mean rainbow colours?..i think it's just a rainbow tag..like you put your clan tag as RAINBOW..it was that way in cod5 anyway..

You can do it with Cheat Engine, just search for the name string and edit it. It won't cause a ban as it is editing steams memory and not iw4mp.exe

If you want the actual program that executes a series of characters to create the scroll effect then you can PM me for a link, just remember that it only works while in the lobby.
