I would like to know how you get your video like that its good quality and yet all mine sucks, I Record a demo ingame first, then I watch the demo and record using fraps, Then i use Windows Movie Maker to put the video together.

What do you use and how do you do it in good quality?.

Record fraps in fullsize :D

Then use son vegas or some shit and render the video with a good codec like h264
