Recording program?

Just wondering what recording programs you guys use. I'm pretty clueless and know only of fraps... which is total shit. I'm looking for a better one. Any ideas guys?

Which game are you talking about? I guess you know that CSS has it's own recording function ingame and even Black ops has the theatermode where you can download and render you gameplay. Most of the guys I know who make movies of other games like MW2 use fraps I think and if you use the right settings it aint that bad.

Ahhh. You know the settings? Although I play CoD4... I think it MIGHT have the recoding thing your talking about...

Actually in the end you will still end up using fraps to record. Those who get bad FPS recording in real-time with fraps, do it this way: Game recording > watch with cheat enabled > record with fraps for steady FPS. You are watching the game recording so you aren't recording in real-time.
