Undetected at Blackeye

Is the CS: S Hack xRadar v4.0 undetected from the anti-cheat tool
Blackeye`?? I think its like Aeq, but i dont know it.

Nope I asked x22 and he said "If it takes screenshots not". It takes screenshots so not.

It is only undetected by what the specified thread says, which it says only Aequitas and VAC2, so nope it is not undetected by Blackeye. (other factors matter as well, but most anti-cheats have a screenshot system nowadays so mostly no)

you can play with x22 @ dslash.eu (tactical esports)... download VMware Workstation / install it/ and load the client on workstation and css and blackeye on your pc...log and screens clean :D...i do it since 2 months and no problem
