Why isnt American Express an accepted choice of pay?

I have tryed to pay via Paypal and ClickandBuy and both sites say that you guys dont accept American Express.

User Error or do you guys not allow it?

If so...any way around this? I only have a AE giftcard that I can pay with.

Actually we accept whatever payments that paypal and clickandbuy provide. I'm not sure about American Express, but i think merchants like us have to pay them annually or monthly to even accept their payments, but not per transaction. Regardless i suggest you get a visa or mastercard, which are wildly known, and can be in the form of a credit, prepaid, or debit card.

Paypal does take American Express. But X22's paypal doesnt take credit cards. So make 2 paypal accounts attach 1 American Express card to one paypal. And on the other paypal make a buy now button worth like 100$ and on the paypal with the credit card use that to pay 100$ with the paypal button and then pay X22 with that.

Do a donation button they take only a little away. But wouldnt you do this if they don't take AMerican Express?
