Do you smooth with the mouse? Try to use w,s,a,d,i,j,k,l for smoothing.

remove that name overlay
sync the frag to the music
add some overlay effects or just effects
don't use mouse for smoothing
don't act like a camera
don't use that intro like blablabla presents thats bad :/
u need more action in the "smooths" the "smooths" are boring and slow
