I don't see CoD UO (Call of Duty United Offensive) hacks in the list. Is it included in the CoD1 hack or isn't there a CoD UO hack?

You could always get the xPackage... which I strongly believe you should. You get all of the hacks for not much more. Thats my two cents :)
