Did anyone tested it in CB with UAC3 on and When was the last time this hack got detected ?

Im about to buy it for lifetime so i just want to be sure this will be a good choice :)

Its some time ago that it has been detected on punkbuster.

It was never detected by UAC2 and 3

Could i have a more precise date , like 6 months ago. Is it detected frequently ( 1 time per month or more ) ?

Hmm, it was detected like 2-3 months ago and before it was undetected for a long time on punkbuster and of course it is undetected at the moment.
