Problem with payment

Hello admins. I had used a payment by Click&Buy. But it's not working. Money is already transfered. But i havent VIP acces. Why ?
My money 15 EUR is gone and i have only this message: Your account has been temporarily blocked by ClickandBuy. To unblock your account please contact the ClickandBuy customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +49 (0)221 177 38 954.

But there is no one answering. Nimber is unavaible and no one reply me to my e-mail. So what can i do ? Money is gone and i have not VIP status

I also have a problem I payed the Money but ich was charged back.
So I don´t want the hack anymore and this also agrees with the x22 AGB.
Very simpel I don´t pay and I don´t get the hack.
But Click and Buy still want the money from me so what can I do ?
Click and buy said that I have to contact you, because they still want the money from me.
Is there anyone who can support me in German ?
