So i go to click and buy, and i regrister, i do all the things it wants me to do, after i clicked confirm. it send me back to this previous page. so im like, meh. try it again and the same thing happens. so i give up. but then when i look at my credit card info. it has withdrawn 2 times. So i bought the item 2 times. im like wtf? you shitting me? anayway. My click and buy account wont dont say that i have any transactions or w/e so. where the fuck did this money go and am i able to get my vip later?

well, soulstar. Im not worried about that i actully paid twice. The thing is that i want my VIP ASAP and since i did pay. I hope i will recivie it from you guys this next 24 hours. But how long exactly can a payment last before its completed. With Click&Buy!

If you use a credit card, you usually get activated instantly, but as you said you had problems with click&buy, so that's actually not our problem.
