Important Questions before buying xPackage

i have some questions.

I have at the moment xradar lifetime and xinstanthook 1year on this account. I want to buy xPackage because of the xmas discounts. But now my question.

I will use the xPackage on my PC and this account with xradar lifetime i will use it later on my laptop after i bought a laptop. Can i change the HWID as that i can play with xradar lifetime on my laptop?
