This is right, but I used Startmovie. I don't have a widescreen monitor, so I can't record the right format with Fraps. When I used Fraps, my videos looked stretched. Remember you flamed me for that? ;)

btw u can record it in HD and 16:9 u just have to do all in window mode and doing it than 16:9 ;)
