I bought via Click&Buy the BF Package and I had enough money on my c&b account to pay instant. Now I'm waiting for 1 hour and nothing happend just the money got booked from my c&b account.

How long does that all take?

A Click&Buy payment can take up to 7 days. They aren't sending the money instant like paypal does.
