2 Weeks, still no VIP acces

So nearly 14 days ago C&B wrote me the message, that the money is transfered. But I still have no acces to the VIP Section. The money must be there !!!!
Maybe the problem is, that the money was first charged back. And I got this message

Yes it was refunded.
But Click and Buy wrote me that I have to pay it or the gave it to a Inkasso Office.
So I payed after.
And than C&B wrote the message that x22 got the money.

And If you know how C&B works you can see that it is payed !!!!
You have to look at the Status:
Abgewiesen = didn´t work
Abgeschlossen = finished (It worked)

So: - 20 Euro for x22 = Abgeschlossen.

Just a small hint. Your money has been refunded and C&B already transfered it back to your bank account.

There is no need of a discussion about your customer status, since you wont get it, unless you really pay for it.

So I had to pay, because oterwise they gave it to a debt collecting agency.
So I payed the whole money including the fees from C&B because it was charged back.
Can someone look @ it who speaks German ?
The money is payed !!! I payed more than 40 Euro with those recharge fees.
What else do you want ? A print of my online banking ? Tell me.
But this situation is unacceptable.

Now look at the other dates !!! Longer ago or ?!

Sorry I just see the -42,50 which I transfered to C&B I can´t see + 42,50 from C&B to my bank account. And if they transfered the money to my bank account the money must be there it´s more than a week ago. But maybe C&B is so slow, that the money is still on his way. So let´s wait 1-3 days and look...

Lol, it says 42.50-, meaning money was taken OUT of it, it isnt your current balance. It shows 42.50- because it is in your bank account, NOT your click and buy funds
