Ok, so is this normal?

I had $20 in my bank account, and $15 in my paypal balance. When the payment clears, will it take the $15 from my paypal and then take the rest from my bank?

And, how long does it usually take for me to get forum access, once I have made the payment?

Don't post screen-shots that include your transaction id. I've no idea if paypal will take money from your balance and then bank account, this is something you should contact paypal about since it has nothing to do with us. You will get forum access as soon as we receive the funds. Our system is automatic so you'll automatically know if we received it as your user title would than be changed to Customer and your nickname would be blue.

Bro, I deleted a couple characters of the transaction ID. Chill out ;)
And it's automatic? Well I have to argue with you because on PayPal it said something about Jan. 27. And i still can't determine if it is 'Automatic' because the payment details says "Pending until January 27th".
