Problem with pay pal?

Hello!
I wanted to buy xRadar v4.0 for cod 2, but when I've completed and logged on the pay pal showed me problem.Pay pal threw me this message "To complete thispayment, add another debit or credit card to your PayPal Update your account or CreditCard or Debit Card. "
Did somebody had this problem and if anyone knows how to solve it pls tell me. :)

No it is not my card which I bought normal until now. I have contacted pay pal and they say that because they blocked the purchase of an automated blocked and say contact x22.

We dont even accept credit cards on paypal. Use click&buy.
