k, forgive me if this answer has already been answered a thousand times. I have tried searching for a answer using the search button, but I didn't find anything. Well okay I did find this 1 thread saying the hack is compatible with mods, but it's like 3 years old! lol I would like an up to date answer.

I would just like to know if the hack is currently still compatible with cod4 server mods. All I need is the Radar, esps, & visibility checks to work. I won't be using the aimbot or anything else.

yes its fully working with all current mods.
