I want to buy a subscription now but i dont know what you mean with billing address. Is it the street and the Housenumber where I live?

Is it allowed to use a other E-Mail address for billing or do i need the E-Mail i registered

Because i dont know if they want the PayPal E-mail or the one i used in the forum or it doesnt matter? Can i also use my name? Because i use the PayPal of my brother
