I just wanted to buy the xRadar 4.0 for CS:S over Paypal because I don't have a credit card, but I have to add a credit card?!o.O

So i can't buy it because of that, but I've just charged my Paypal account with $100.-_-

I don't have a bank account, yet.. I've just paid with a $100 bill at CVS for a MoneyPak card to charge my Paypal account.

Why do I need a bank account for that? O.o

How do you want to pay via paypal if you neither have a credit card nor a bank account?

I do have a bank account but I don't have the chance to get money from it because i'm living in the United States right now and for the next 4 months, but I am from Germany. I make an exchange year..

Its actually quite easy. If you have enough funds on the paypal account, you can pay.
