Yes, it works fine with 32bit and 64bit.

It works fine on the following; XP x86 and x64, Vista x86 and x64 (with XP compatibilities). There is no guarantee that it will work with older versions of windows such as 98' and so on.
x86 = 32bit
x64 = 64bit

Just make sure "admin permission" is setup. Or you can just turn off UAC off so you don't have to deal with Vista's stupid permission shit. :lol:
