It has been released already ;) Just enable the Steambeta. (For those who don't know how to do: Goto Steamsettings -> Account -> Beta participation -> Choose 'Steam Beta' -> Restart Steam -> Goto Steamsettings again, you should now have a new button there, called 'MANAGE ACCOUNT SECURITY', just enable it there ;)

After enabling the beta, you will need to restart Steam 3 times. That's what it says on the Steam Support site.

Also you can only use it with sandy-bridge CPU's.
