Your account isn't locked, it just takes a few days until you get activated when you use 'Lastschrift' as payment method on ClickAndBuy ;) So you should get access to the cheat(s) by the end of this week ;)

click and buy is usually slow when you use "lastschrift".
that whole process until x22 got the money may take up to 7 days.
you'll be unlocked when your name is blue and your rank is "customer"
