Thanks for your answers!

PS: Some tipps for me? What can i do better? (except the quality :P)

I think i have wrong Fraps settings. Hmm.

My screenresolution is 1680x1050.
Without recording i have 140+fps.
While recording i have ~50-80fps.

But the video quality is bad? Can someone help me?

You can either play with 1280*720 which is 720p or you can downgrade 1680*1050 later with Sony Vegas.

Btw, I think you forgot to change the project resolution is Sony Vegas. That's why you rendered in that low resolution. You should always make sure to set it on 1280*720 or 1680*1050 :D

Why not 1920x1080? That's HD.

@Fire: My screen does not support this resolution ^^

@soulstar:
Uhm..
The source videos from Fraps are @ 720x480 :S

I think i found my failure.

- Its 60fps
- Lock Framerate [ON]
- Half-Size

It must be Full-Size?

Yes, full size.

@fire Why should he use 1920*1080 if he doesnt even have that resolution?
