PayPal payment

Hello everybody, i am about to purchase xradar v4.0 [CSS] for lifetime...:D
Then i enter my billing details and get connected to my paypal account.
I have money on my account but i don't have card, so paypal web site show me a message saying that
# i need to register a card on my PayPal account and that this card won't be debited except if i don't have enough money on the account #
Anyway is there any other solution as sending you money directly or something like that.

i don't have bank account and card i only have paypal account with the money on
i'm 17 years old...

It often depends on where you got that money from ^^

Sometimes paypal rejects it, so that you cant pay.

If you cant get it work, PSC might be a good choice for you. Its available in several countries.
