Better than your first one. I really like your fontchoise for the riffle, but remove the shadow of the letters there.
5/10, without that blinking Name it would be 6/10 :P

I'll tell you why you fail.Because you add animation.
Animation needs a big level of experience on photoshop before starting using it.
Just read some tutorials and try to avoid animation for the time being and you'll do great!
