xRadar v4.0 for css

Hey. Im thinking about buying xradar lifetime for css. I had xinstanthook once, and it had some kind of vac checker. so does this xradar has it too? I just wanna be safe. And has VAC detected any CSS cheats from x22 after the vac checker came?
