BF playe4free problem with use

Hi, i have problem with use xRadar 4.0 to BF play4free .
I loading radar and its ok , but when i click "PLAY NOW" on BF website , its start patcher and when end patching , then i have not game screen and its nothing . i try to do this 10 times but its the same ;/ what i need to do ? :S
