The hack is never down (so much i know)
and if you going to buy xPack you will get so much more for the money.

I have the lifetime package, single time payment... but I use it a lot. :D And I don't have to worry about the sub, if I decide to stop playing for months and come back (or a new game comes out) I have hacks for it.

thats the point in getting the xPackage. you dont have to worry about a subscription time and you'll get all the new hacks.
