Yes i used a bank account and I've checked my account balance. I says that the amount has been deducted twice. How can I get my money back?

I dont even know if refunds are possible on Click&Buy, but you can ask via email.

but if it does not even works to get the money back, I can use x22 then and get two accounts to have them on? (If I don't get the money back)

If it does not work, you can have a different subscription for another game.

Until now, you are not even customer. If you get your customer status, you can ask a staffmember(deadfreak555, timz) if he can change your 2nd subscription to a different game.
