Payment Rejected?

Hi,

I placed an order today for your software. The payment went through but got rejected 20minutes later, i then received a forum PM saying my details were suspicious/incorrect?

The payment was put through via paypal. I've placed quite a few orders with it and never had any problems before.

Any staff help with this?

You have to make sure that the details are correct, so your real name, address, country etc etc otherwise our anti-fraud protection will reject the payment.

Maybe you should have read my post before forming a reply.

I have used this paypal account 1000 times before and had zero problems. All of my information was correct.

Anyway, I've put it through again. If it rejects, i'll just leave it.

Not all site's use the same checks on your details. Remember if you use your mother's cc for example the details should be your mother's since the name on the cc isn't your but your mother's.

if you are 100% sure all the details are correct and it still rejects staff will look into it why it exactly got refused

because i'm confused since you were already in the customers group when you made this post meaning it got accepted when you made the original post...
