How much costs the HW ID reset?
And if I install Windows new, do I need a HW ID reset?

And yes you need a hwid reset if you changed your OS.

If you reinstall Windows only, you shouldn't need to pay 7€. You'll only pay if xClient is unable to idenfity the same PC.
