when i buy the instendhook hack for one month (20euro) i can also buy then for life time 45euro because i did pay 20euros for one month or? or must i buy it again new for life time (65euro)

when i pay in paypol must i put it for britisch pfund or?

Yup, look at the discounts thread, you will only need to pay the difference. This only works for the current cheat you would own, that doesn't mean you can upgrade to say, xPackage lifetime, or xRadar lifetime, since that would be different.
