Nope, the reason the thread remains up is because x22 does support it, he is just not selling it any further (and that's why it sates "Unavailable").

I personally do not play MoH:AA, but you can look on google... or just go to public cheat sites. I wouldn't use a public cheat if i were you, but since x22's is not for sale, i guess you are out of luck.
