You failed the fraud checks. Re-purchase the cheat with the correct information for the billing details. It has to match that of your paypal account (same goes for the email field).

Rebuy the cheat with your correct paypal or click&buy details.

If you use for example a VPN/Proxy, this can also cause problems. Your IP needs to fit the country you live in.
