I know this has been asked before, but what does this mean? Like, if I was getting lifetime APB Reloaded (65 Euros), I wouldn't have to do that because it's free during the beta? Do I have to pay anything during beta? Help please.

You have to be customer (buy any cheat) and you get the APB hack for free - as long as the game is beta.

Okay, and if the cheat only lasts a month, I'm still considered a customer correct?

If you were getting lifetime APB cheat then it being free for the beta doesn't matter. Once beta ends it won't be free anymore. Those who are purchasing it should rather go for the lifetime option since it is the best deal currently if you plan to play that game only.
