100 % clean, unless you have problems with FPS. 10- 20 fps means dirty screen

We don't accept credit card payments with paypal if you are not verified. You can verify your paypal account if you wish to proceed, otherwise you can use clickandbuy with credit card purchases.

do this if you don't or can't verify the account.
ask your mom for the details, else you weren't allowed to use her cc at the first place
