Hi Admins ,

I have paid using click and buy and the payment has gone through...

but on the second part when it wants my information , it wont let me proceed it keeps telling me my info is INVALID?

please can you help me i have paid and wana use instant hook!!

no it never failed , after step one it was charged from my card , then it asked for additional information which it said was invalid....must i show you the deduction from my bank account?? it is gone from my account...? any way i can show you?

either way something has gone wrong here......

there are no contact details on the website either???

x22 can simply check it on the Click&Buy account and you can also see it on your C&B account. Your payment failed and it will be refunded.

ok so please explain to me.

R220(20 Euro) was deducted from my credit card , the payment went through.

Then when it came to additional information because it was not accepting my info , it then never sent the payment through to X22?

So , they will REFUND me? is this how it works?

Im not about to use them again , what payment methods do you guys have that accept a credit card?

Paypal is not available anymore in my country due to some foreign exchange laws etc....

No only Click and Buy. For your problem, they will refund you.

The refund can tak 1-3 days.

You can use paypal with a verfied credit card or bank account. You can use Click&Buy and enter your correct billing details. Your IP also has to fit to the country of your Click&Buy account.
The last option is Paysafecard which you can get in many countries, often at gas stations.

trying to think how i can pay you guys , cant I give you my credit card details privately and all relevent info?


The click & buy just wont accept my info , it says when I click continue " please fill in the highlighted areas"

and they ARE filled in?!!?

No, thats not possible. If you can't get Click&Buy working, we cant help you.

We accept credit cards. I dont know why you cant get it work on click&buy. Contact their support to help you.

hmm okey here is what I was thinking...

Can you give me your paypal email and I can pay directly to you? or the X22 paypal email? I can tell a friend of mine in the US to pay you guys? I would really appreciate it if you could help me out a bit!!

Direct payment is not possible, but a friend from the USA can pay for you. He just needs to login to your forum account and use his billing details.

ok sorry last question now , I tried logging in with the Xclient and it says my username is not correct? its the same username and password as on this website?

You have to wait ca 1 hour until the xClient syncs with the forum. Its also written in the PM by x22.
