cuz i got cash on my paypal acc but its not verified because i dont own neither credit card or bank acc

Hello Jaimehax,

I think you can't , I think PayPal won't even let you transfer money whatsoever untill you're actually verified.

Just try it. Paypal will tell you if it works.

ontopic: just verify it. You have to enter 2 different amounts of money at their site. No big deal
